How to request a refund
Email support@careerpilot.appfrom the email on your CareerPilot account with the subject line "Refund request". You don't have to explain why. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
When the guarantee does not apply
- Accounts banned for terms-of-service violations.
- Refund requests made after 14 days from the most recent successful charge.
- Recruiter or company-portal subscriptions billed under separate contracts.
